may need, replacement parts, the repair of parts, and components, of
industrial equipment, as well as commercial marine equipment, diesel and
steam. The owner has over 37 years in heavy industrial, mining, saw mill,
paper mill, and commercial marine repair. The shop crew has basically the same
background. Work around the clock when needed. We strive to hire the best that
we can find when we need more help or we don’t hire them.
We have on going training because in repair work every day is
different and the jobs are different. In repair work there are no jigs or
fixtures therefore the machinist has to figure out for himself how to set a job
up on a machine to machine it. Professionalism is what it is all about, along
with giving you the customer the most and best value for your dollar.
We hate come backs with a passion therefore we go the
real extra mile to ensure that when it leaves our shop it is right.
Need new parts, any number you want, or just one part. A
broken or worn out part we will repair the old one or make you a new one. To
make a new part all we need is the old part, or what is left of it, then we
reverse engineer it to make a new one, a sketch, a blue print or a drawing. We
re-design parts, assemblies and or projects that keep failing. Obsolete or
hard to find parts, we make them one of our specialties.
